Purchase of Original Artwork Terms and Conditions of Sale​ 

​Thank you for your interest in acquiring my art! By purchasing the Artwork, Buyer acknowledges receipt of the artwork  and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

All sales are final. All artwork sales are non-returnable and non-refundable. Price is as noted + 7% Florida sales tax. Shipping is not included. Buyer may pick up the art at the location. If Buyer is local to the Sarasota/Bradenton area, the artwork will be delivered to Buyer for an additional $175. If Buyer is not located in the local area, packing and shipping of the art will need to be determined; please contact Patricia for an estimate at pw@patriciacwilson.com

To preserve the integrity, longevity, and value of the artwork, the following guidelines are strongly recommended:

• Install away from direct sunlight, heat sources, excessive light, moisture, humidity, smoke, and fumes. Avoid exposure to kitchens, fireplaces, bathrooms, and exterior walls. 

• Do not touch the surface of the artwork. Clean only as recommended by a professional conservator.

• Improper handling, installation, or environmental exposure may result in damage.

• Professional installation is recommended. The Artist/Seller is not responsible for any damages caused during shipment or transportation, or during or after installation, including but not limited to improper mounting, hanging hardware failure, or environmental factors. Risk of any loss transfers from the Artist/Seller to the Buyer upon payment for the artwork.

Copyright and all reproduction rights including licensing remain the exclusive property of the Artist, Patricia Wilson. Purchase of the artwork does not transfer copyright by any means. Artwork may not be reproduced, sold or licensed at all by any means without written permission of the Artist. Artwork may be shared on social media with credit to the Artist.

Thank you for choosing Patricia Wilson for your commercial and residential interior design needs. Services are determined on a per-project basis and will be presented with policies in the proposal for client review.

By using my virtual services, you agree to abide by this privacy policy.

During virtual design consultations, we may collect the following information:

• Video and audio of your home interior (visible during the Zoom call)

• Questions or comments you share related to design

• Screenshots or recordings (if expressly permitted)

• Your name, contact information, and general project details

2. Use of Information

• Providing personalized interior design advice and services

• Reviewing and referencing design needs post-consultation

• Internal training and quality assurance (only with your consent)

We do not use or share your interior imagery, home layout, or recorded sessions for any marketing or public content unless we receive your explicit written permission. You may not use or share my home's interior imagery, layout or recorded session for any readon.

If a recording is proposed for documentation or training purposes:

• You will be notified in advance

• Your express consent will be obtained in writing

• You may request access to or deletion of the recording at any time

No unauthorized screen captures or recordings are made by either party.

4. Data Storage and Security

All digital files, notes, or recordings (if applicable) are stored securely using encrypted platforms and password-protected systems. We retain information only for as long as necessary to complete your project or as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you

• Ask for corrections to inaccurate information

• Withdraw consent for recording or data use at any time

• Request deletion of any stored data or recordings

• I have the right to request deletion of ay stored data or recordings
