Patricia is a registered, commercial interior designer and owner/founder of deCamville Design, a full-service studio she established in 2000.

 

Patricia's expertise focuses on Hospitality, Corporate Office, Renovations, Golf/Yacht Clubs, and Retail Exterior Site Improvements. Her specialties are concept design, FF&E, color psychology, all types of dining, fitness, amenities, and architectural art. 

 

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon Universiity with a BFA in Design and a minor in architecure, she is also the published author of the "Inspiring Design" column for IN Magazine as well as several books.

 

Patricia enjoys cooking, painting, and writing. For fun, she and her husband, Jack, dance and play golf.

Duane Mitchell  RA, NCARB

 

With a Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University, Duane's thirty year career focuses on construction administration and site administration as well as technical and code expertise.

 

Formerly with HKS, Duane is founder and owner of Dallas-based Mitchell Architects. His portfolio features Fortune 500 companies and Corporate Office/Headquarters including clients such as GTE, Citicorp, and TCI Communications.

 

Duane's expertise includes Office Towers, Healthcare, Retail Exterior, Federal Court Complexes, and Religious architecture.

 

In addition, he as served as Project Manager for a number of projects for the City of Dallas and General Services Administration.

 

To relax, Duane says, "Dancing definitely erases the stress."
